hi there, I’m Hannah!

…the one woman show behind Hook & Yarn Co. I live in Lancaster, PA with my husband, daughter and two rambunctious dogs. I've been crocheting since I was a little kid and started selling finished pieces in 2019. Since then, Hook & Yarn Co. has blossomed a cozy, cheerful brand that offers not just winter accessories, but also colorful gifts and hand-dyed yarn. Every piece that you find here is handmade by yours truly, with meticulous attention to detail and carefully curated fibers.

I primarily work with wool, sourced from Peru and hand dyed by independent dyers all over the country (and world!) I believe that fiber art, among other slow skills, are wildly important in our fast world, and I love being a part of keeping them alive. I love connecting with other fiber artists and am happy to offer some of my favorite yarns for you to try for yourself.
